Breathwork
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a practice that involves using various breathing techniques to enhance physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The core idea is that controlled, conscious breathing can help regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, increase self-awareness, and promote relaxation.
The Breathless Instructor Training is the first Breathwork Teacher Training and Certification that holistically combines the full spectrum of breathing exercises, methods and philosophies.
The breathing techniques cover down-regulating, activating / up regulating, breakthrough and deep relaxation. I am qualified and experienced in creating unique breath flows for each session and each person depending on what you want to achieve.
& how it has supported me on my journey.
Breathwork found me at a time when life felt overwhelming. I had just gone through a breakup, faced immense pressure at work, and was stuck in a cycle of stress and self-neglect—turning to alcohol and unhealthy habits instead of nourishing my body. My anxiety was at an all-time high, and I was constantly in a state of fight or flight.
Breathwork became a powerful ally, guiding me through those challenging moments and revealing the areas of my life that needed change. It helped me find clarity, calm, and the strength to make positive shifts toward a healthier, more balanced way of living.
